About the Placement Department
For over 30 years, The Haredi Center for Vocational Training has led practical-engineering studies and vocational training within the Haredi community in Israel.
The Center operates 5 branches in the main Haredi population centers: Jerusalem | Bnei Brak | Beit Shemesh | Ashdod | Haifa, with roughly 3,000 students studying at any given time across a wide range of practical-engineering and vocational programs.
We specialize in professional counselling and screening adapted to the Haredi community, and maintain the highest academic standards — reflected in top results in objective national comparisons.
Our ultimate goal is always the stage after graduation — high-quality integration into rewarding professional employment.
To that end, we provide employers with a team of employer-relations coordinators dedicated to promoting any activity, small or large, that can lead to graduates being placed in their field of training.
Employers who work with us immediately experience the warm, professional attitude and the high human and professional quality of our graduates, and return to us again and again to recruit additional employees.
Main Cooperation Options
1. Receiving and distributing job openings
We receive job openings and distribute them to relevant candidates, including professional screening and matching by our employer-relations coordinators — CVs pass through us, saving you the need to sift through hundreds of irrelevant applications.
All of this is based on personal familiarity with the graduates and consultation with our staff as needed.
2. Promoting special initiatives
We promote special initiatives combining training and placement in a structured process — establishing dedicated training tracks together with the employers who will later hire the graduates, including the option that all candidates undergo a thorough screening process by the employer before entering training.
This can apply to existing programs, as an add-on to existing programs, or through development of dedicated programs per the employer's requirements.
In some cases the Center even recruits bodies that fund tuition and/or living stipends for students as part of the initiative.
Important: all of these services are provided to employers (and graduates) free of charge!
